Michel Almairac
Michel Almairac, a French perfumer born in Grasse in 1953, trained at the Roure Bertrand Dupont school. Throughout his career, he collaborated with fragrance houses including Robertet, Takasago, Creations Aromatiques, and Drom. He created olfactory identities for iconic brands such as Gucci, Dior, Burberry, and Chloé — to which he gave its global olfactory signature in 2008.
Among his most celebrated creations are Eau de Gucci, Joop! Homme, and L'Artisan Voleur de Roses. Together with his son Benjamin, he founded the family fragrance brand Parle Moi de Parfum.
Recognized for his mastery of natural ingredients and his ability to capture the essence of brands in elegant, harmonious fragrances, he received the honorary award from the François Coty Association for his enduring creativity.
